【鉅亨網記者王以慧 台北】台股早盤以小漲6點開出後，陷入平盤上下狹幅震盪，9點半行政院召開臨時記者會發布提振景氣措施，台股快速急拉逾20點，指數一度攻破8300點，不過，因盤中成交量僅600億元左右，盤中漲幅再度收斂。
