【鉅亨網楊琇羽　綜合報導】「日本回來了！」日本首相安倍晉三今年二月在美國華盛頓戰略暨國際研究中心（CSIS）會議上做出這樣的宣示。當時與會的 CSIS 智庫學者在《CNN》中撰文指出，安倍應擱置歷史並放眼未來，降低發展阻礙，若要讓日本重新恢復活力生氣，安倍就要帶頭做示範。
