登廣大興號　菲調查團採證1刮擦痕

菲律賓調查團今天登上廣大興28號漁船3個小時後，在船頭處採證1道長近30公分黑色刮擦痕，目前未確定是碰撞痕跡，將帶回菲律賓比對；另，船長洪育智和2名船員，也上船模擬當時駕駛逃亡情形。

菲方國家調查局外事處長德干佐表示，今天進行勘驗和採證，包括彈道比對、漁民洪石成被射殺的相對位置和彈孔等。屏東地檢署主任檢察官謝志明說，台菲雙方在刑事證據原則上有不同，因此我方會協助菲方採証，該擦痕也是一項調查重點。

廣大興號船長對於擦撞痕不願多談；檢警說，當時採證認為擦刮痕並不像船隻衝撞所留下的痕跡，仍會比對查證。
