台漁船疑越界又遭扣　日討127萬罰金才放人

今天上午5時43分，蘇澳籍延繩釣漁船「益昇12號」，違規越過台日暫定執法線3.6浬，遭日本扣押。日本透過管道要求船主繳納430萬日圓(約127萬台幣)罰金。船主將於明天匯款，希望日方儘速釋放人船。

由於益昇12號在距日本與那國島西南方約25浬外海處（北緯24度17.8分、東經122度33.6分）作業，被日本水產廳公務船以違規進入日本經濟海域作業為由扣押。「益」船上載有台籍柯姓船長、6名印尼漁工。
