速食兒童餐促銷　將限制禁送玩具

立法院昨初審通過修正食品衛生管理法第28條，針對「不適合兒童長期食用的食品」，將在促銷和廣告採取限制措施，未來速食兒童餐可能不允許送玩具、餐前或兒童節目時段也不允許廣告。

據《自由時報》報導，衛生署食品藥物管理局長康照洲表示，「垃圾食物」很難定義，食管局會邀請專家進行討論，希望列出明確項目儘快公告，以利業者配合。台灣麥當勞表示，一切會遵照法令辦理。
