〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕財政部推動電子發票無紙化以來，終於開出第一張使用載具而中了200萬元特獎的發票，而為了鼓勵民眾使用載具，增加誘因，財政部也規劃自9月開獎的7-8月期統一發票起，每一期增開2,000個2,000獎金的獎項，專門提供給使用悠遊卡、icash、會員卡、手機條碼等載具消費的民眾。
