《會計法》修法疏漏「可恥」　公督盟：廢除政黨協商

立院會期最後一天深夜，藍綠偷襲通過《會計法》修正草案，公督盟今召開記者會抨擊，突顯立院多年來政黨協商制度，少數集權、缺乏制衡、黑箱作業、弱化委員會等弊病。
 
中研院副研究員黃國昌批，《會計法》修法疏漏更是「可恥的錯誤」，朝野兩大黨互踢皮球，卻由小黨立委（台聯林世嘉）辭總召以示負責，這是台灣民主價值、法治崩壞。
 
公督盟要求，總統馬英九應要求行政院提出覆議，否則就是貪污除罪共犯；立院應公開政黨協商會議紀錄，若不能公開透明，就應廢除政黨協商。
