〔生活中心／綜合報導〕台北市衛生局抽驗市售豆製品，今(10)天公布結果顯示「32件樣品中、11件不合格」，不合格率超過三成，殘留物包括防腐劑、過氧化氫以及色素等；衛生局也建議民眾，應浸泡後在烹煮。
