〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕有網友發微博說，廣西桂林聯通推出一項新舉措，業績考核排名靠後，部門就會被發給寫著「王八獎」、「烏龜獎」等字樣的錦旗，部門經理則被要求上班時間穿上印著「王八」字樣的馬甲。對此，該單位相關負責人回應，這是員工理解有偏差，公司的初衷是想以此作激勵和鞭策。
