〔記者孫偉倫／綜合報導〕酒駕新標準明（13）日起正式上路，未來酒測酒精濃度只要超過每公升0.25毫克，約2瓶啤酒份量，就可能面臨2年以下有期徒刑與20萬元罰款。若超過0.15毫克，就可開罰1萬5千元到9萬元。另外，使用毒品後駕車的「毒駕」，在新法規範下將被處2個月以上徒刑，毒駕致死更可被處10年以下徒刑。
