【短片】酒駕也罰乘客挨批　胡志強：那就不要上車啊！

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】台中市政府制定「酒醉駕車防制自治條例」草案，採取連坐法、要罰酒駕車上的乘客，遭批違反人權；台中市長胡志強上午表示，「那被酒駕者撞傷、撞死的人權誰來維護？」
 
胡志強坦承，酒駕連坐罰，難免會造成執法、受罰者各說各話，但他強調，要是發現駕駛喝酒又勸不聽，「那就不要上車啊？就不會被罰！」
