【鉅亨網記者尹慧中 台北】媒體報導刑法第185條之3於102年6月11日公布後，若干疑似酒後駕車之行為人拒絕酒測規避刑事偵查，認法規仍有不足，行政院特予澄清，若拒絕酒測，除應處新台幣9萬元罰鍰，並吊銷駕照3年不得再考領，刑事責任部分仍要依法論處。民眾千萬別以為破財可以消災，而做出不智的決定。
