【鉅亨網記者郭幸宜　台北】儘管房市交易逐漸回溫，但購屋買盤卻呈現M型化發展。根據中信房屋調查，家庭月收入8萬元以上的族群買房的意願有增加趨勢；反之若月收入低於8萬元者，買屋意願則下跌，顯示月收入8萬元已成買屋意願分水嶺。
