（軍聞社記者姜大宇高雄廿八日電）總統馬英九先生今日主持三軍五校院聯合畢業典禮時強調，政府積極改善兩岸關係，是為臺灣長遠前途著想，包括我與大陸甫簽訂的「服務貿易協議」，開放彼此服務業市場，是為了讓我實力堅強的服務業能前進中國大陸開疆闢土，同時也讓臺灣創造更多貿易自由化的條件，為我在未來加入「跨太平洋夥伴協議」（TPP），以及「區域全面經濟夥伴協定」(RCEP)奠定有利基礎。
