〔記者孫偉倫／連線報導〕立法院通過「公共債務法」修正案，除台北市債限大幅減低外，其他直轄市都大幅增加，但高雄市舉債空間則減少80億元，高雄市長陳菊對此表示遺憾，高雄縣市合併後中央補助減少293億，如今舉債空間更較合併前高雄縣市短少80億元，等同懲罰縣巿合併後的高雄，她期盼中央提出補救措施。
