〔記者陳木隆／宜蘭報導〕宜蘭縣政府與縣希望種子動物保護協會30日邀請獸醫團隊，到壯圍鄉壯六社區，為民眾飼養的寵物進行結紮手術，希望有效控制流浪犬貓的數量。宜蘭縣動植物防疫所人員同時為寵物辦理登記及植入晶片，一舉兩得。
