台中市一名民眾酒駕騎機車被逮，機車遭查扣，被拖到警方負責的保管場，想不到他卻偷偷把機車騎回去。議員質詢時痛批，竊賊根本就不把警察放在眼裡，沒想到台中市警察局長刁建生卻回應說：「民主社會，民眾不把警察放在眼裡，是很合理的事！」 《詳全文...》
