在酒駕新法實施後，警察雖為強力取締，卻不見酒駕案件的減少，故有立委參考日本的立法例，而準備提出對酒駕同乘者連帶處罰的草案。如此的作法，是否能有效預防酒駕發生，不得而知，卻肯定得面臨如何立法與落實的困境。 《詳全文...》
