〔生活中心／綜合報導〕汽機車駕駛人請注意，交通部從今日7月1日起，實施多項交通新制。其中，受惠人數最多的，就是汽、機車駕照免換發，一張駕照「終身有效」，此外，汽機車考照也有新增項目，以及計分方式變更等，請民眾多加留意。
