〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕為提供持卡人更安心的用卡環境，悠遊卡公司宣布，自8月1日起，記名卡掛失自負風險時間將由現行的6小時縮短為3小時，即持卡人完成記名卡掛失手續後，掛失3小時後卡片餘額均可返還。
