〔記者陳鈞凱／台北報導〕台灣最貴的「破包包」，由健保局正式收藏！前衛生署長楊志良，前年捐出自己招牌的隨身公事包義賣，被鴻海集團董事郭台銘以500萬900元標下，為健保局愛心專戶攢進天價善款的這個「好膽愛心包」，楊志良今（1）天再度捐給健保局收藏，他也希望有人能破郭董紀錄，若有人願意捐千萬，他個人就跟進捐款百萬。
