海灘不准自備陽傘？烏克蘭名模瑞莎向宜蘭政府投訴
烏克蘭籍的瑞莎與伊林娛樂小蠻5日出席活動，兩名模穿上比基尼營造夏天海灘氣息。瑞莎也提及日前至宜蘭海邊衝浪時，自備陽傘竟被當地業者說不准，讓她相當無奈只得讓愛犬曬太陽。不過她隔天立即打電話給宜蘭政府，該單位回覆她沒有這回事，也表示會去查證，日後她去也沒再遇到此事。《詳全文...》
