〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕在台灣絕跡52年的狂犬病又出現了！前民進黨主席蔡英文今（18）日表示，如果不是前疾管局副局長施文儀寫出來，國人大概永遠不會知道「狂犬病」已經再次出現在台灣，竟還被農委會隱匿了一年之久。
