〔記者陳榮昌／台中報導〕蘇力颱風帶來豐沛的雨量，大甲、大安溪亦隨波沖下不少飄流木，雖然有不得私自撿取規條，但仍有很多民眾載運，過程中危及市府數千萬元開闢的堤防自行車道建設，值得主管單位關心，有效的防範受到破壞。
