〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕民進黨立委趙天麟公布與洪仲丘同期禁閉生訪談內容後，禁閉生就受到軍檢約談，被懷疑是想「施壓下封口令」。但最高軍法院檢察長曹金生則駁斥說，有筆錄與偵查庭錄影錄音存證，他強調「軍事檢察官絕不會做這種事」。
