〔記者黃志政／台中報導〕「世界華人工商婦女企管協會」捐贈臺中市政府3輛復康巴士、捐贈臺中市身障福利協進會公務車1輛，臺中市政府社會局19日舉辦捐贈儀式，由市長胡志強接受捐贈，並頒發感謝狀給該協會總會長郭施鳳珠等捐贈代表，感謝他們用具體行動關懷弱勢。
