〔記者林錫霞、李欣穎／苗栗報導〕苗栗縣苑裡鎮的苑港漁港夜貌改善工程最近完工，為了向國人推介這個全新的旅遊玩點，苗栗縣政府預定20日下午7時配合2013苗栗海洋觀光嘉年華活動辦理啟用儀式，斜張式的網狀造型景觀橋，在五彩LED燈的跳接閃耀下，彷彿進入海底華城，展現另種浪漫的海洋風情。
