（軍聞社記者郭家良臺北廿三日電）最高軍事法院檢察署檢察長曹金生少將今天在國防部記者會中表示，故洪仲丘下士死亡案聲押獲准人員中，僅戒護士陸軍蘭指部陳毅勳中士涉案羈押中，外界所稱「集體虐殺」與實情有所出入，軍檢專案小組正積極追查，他特別呼籲媒體避免以聳動言詞影響視聽。
