〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕銀行公會23日表示，靜止戶存款仍屬客戶所有，相關靜止戶金額及條件，銀行都在與客戶往來契約中約定，靜止戶存款仍屬客戶所有，存戶的錢並非銀行所有。
