〔記者李鴻典、簡怡欣／台北報導〕衛生福利部食品藥物管理署公布國內首次針對「加工蛋」的稽查結果，結果發現有「鐵蛋」、「滷蛋」和「鹹鴨蛋」仍然殘留殺菌劑和抗生素，吃多恐傷腎或致過敏。農委會防檢局今(25)日指出，要求養禽業者正確用藥，確保產品安全，違者處以3萬元以上250萬元以下罰鍰。
