不舉男硬上靚女　判刑4年

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市51歲的連姓男子，在前年2月在基隆市觀海街某小吃店用餐，席間看到容貌姣好的30歲女子正要返家，連男色慾薰心尾隨女子意圖不軌。
 
女子正要關家門時，連男自強行進入她家中，強脫女子身上所有衣物想要性侵，結果連男臨陣時竟無法勃起，女子奮力掙脫向朋友求救才報警處理，基隆地方法院依強制性交罪判連男有期徒刑4年，全案仍可上訴。
