〔社會中心／綜合報導〕陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘究竟是如何被整死？當時涉嫌不當操課的戒護士陳毅勳，日前也遭到收押，成了繼副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正和上士范佐憲後，第4位遭到羈押的被告。陳毅勳被依「凌虐部屬」罪名羈押，其委任律師孔令則表示，陳毅勳在裡面「過得不好」，並認為部分指控並非事實，將提抗告爭取自由。
