〔記者房書勤／新竹報導〕新竹市環保局辦理102年資源回收變黃金活動，從8月1日至8月31日間，民眾於新竹市隨車收運路線提交資源物給資源回收車時，可獲得1張摸彩券，於9/5抽出包含最大獎黃金1兩等71份獎項名單。
