〔社會中心／綜合報導〕陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘關禁閉時，疑遭到戒護士操練過當，才會導致不幸過世。家屬要求軍防提供1日和3日當天在禁閉室操課的監視畫面，但卻是「消失的黑畫面」。桃園地檢署連日過濾當時監視器以釐清黑畫面真相，專案小組研判「人為因素」可能性不高，懷疑是「線路老舊」有關。
