A7宅還款試算　30坪月繳約2.5萬

【吳苡辰／台北報導】購屋民眾主要考慮的還是預算問題，A7合宜宅聯合銷售中心依照各坪數戶別，試算其總價、自備款、貸款金額與未來每月還款金額。

如30坪總價約450萬元，含1車位後總價550萬元，2成自備款約110萬元，貸款440萬元，未來每月還款金額加管理費約2萬4680元，40坪約3萬1420元，50坪則約3萬8160元，另外還有暫收款（過戶代書費與預收管理費）依坪數不同在7~15萬元間，建議購屋民眾事前應詳加評估，避免經濟壓力過重。
