【短片】平民死傷加劇　阿富汗安全引擔憂

【綜合報導】國際安全部隊將防禦任務移交回阿富汗後，當地攻擊平民暴力事件增加25%，好戰份子四處發動突襲，根據聯合國統計2013年前6個月，平民死傷人數增加23%，越來越多婦女和小孩受害，長達12年的阿富汗戰爭尚未結束。
 
明年大部分的國際安全部隊都將離開阿富汗，阿富汗政府是否有能力靠自己對抗塔利班好戰份子，也相當令人擔憂，隨著越來越多國際部隊離開，當地攻擊事件越來越頻繁，主要都發生在警哨站或是重要道路上，軍隊和好戰份子交戰是造成平民死亡的第二大原因。
