〔記者馮珮汶／台北報導〕Fun暑假，台灣人愛去日本血拼一番，據統計2012年台日互訪旅客近300萬人，因此台北市長郝龍斌與日本靜岡縣濱松市簽署觀光交流都市協議書，其中15位日本還特地要求，表示想騎城市「微笑單車」，體驗悠遊台北樂趣。
