〔地方中心／屏東報導〕屏東綠竹筍正逢盛產期，清脆爽口甜美，是夏季最新鮮的滋味，屏東市海豐社區吳順福及吳正忠父子聯手開創竹筍產業，設立勝貿合作社收集社員及農民交來的竹筍，經選別及分級送到市場及行口，有些加工成桶筍或涼拌竹筍，竹筍含有豐富的纖維質及維他命，熱量低，常被當成瘦食佳餚，現在盛產，嘗鮮正得時。
