〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕農曆七月俗稱「鬼月」，怎樣祭拜才能保平安，又鬼月不能亂吹口哨等多項禁忌，你不能不知也不能不懂！新北市政府民政局6日舉行記者會，除邀請台灣道教總會大法師邱天相到場，介紹正確的普渡方式，及說明鬼月的各項禁忌，希望能幫助民眾在農曆七月祈求平安。
