〔記者陳思豪／綜合報導〕台大創傷醫學部主任柯文哲，今（6）日在北京公開演講中，再度提及洪案在台灣引發的公民運動，他認為這場運動沒有人發錢，也沒有人給便當，更沒有政黨號召，全是大家自發上街展現公民自覺，他坦言，這是台灣歷史上很重大的事件。
