【楊喻斐／台北報導】記憶體封測廠華東科技（8110）昨法說會公布第2季財報，隨著稼動率提升，毛利率提升至9%，稅後純益9200萬元，較首季暴增5.92倍，累計上半年稅後純益1.06億元，較去年同期虧損3.52億元大幅好轉，每股純益0.21元。華東總經理于鴻祺正面看待本季營運，估營收可望季增約10%、毛利率恢復到13%的水準。
