〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕中央銀行8日表示，為鼓勵外資以股票為擔保品，向國內金融機構借新台幣投資台股，經協調台灣集中保管結算所簡化手續，新系統已在7月31日上線實施，除有助外資降低匯率風險，還可擴大國內銀行的新台幣授信業務。
