〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕隨著時代變遷和價值觀的轉換，國人不僅對鬼月看屋、購屋的禁忌明顯淡化，甚至還會利用鬼月看屋，爭取較大議價空間，房屋網站也發現，搜索台北市臨福地、殯儀館周邊500~1000公尺的「墓殯概念宅」的房價，普遍低於該行政區的平均房價，其中，南港區研究路3段的每坪30.7萬元，就比南港區平均房價61.7萬便宜了31萬元，價差高達50.2%。
