〔政治中心／台北報導〕前民進黨主席蔡英文呼籲馬英九總統召開國是會議，但親民黨已表示意願不高，蔡英文今（10）日表示，社會有些人持保留態度，是因為對馬總統面對問題、解決問題沒有信心，她建議可以先做停建核四的決定，讓社會有信心，可以感受到誠意。
