〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕行政院經建會已通過安平港升格為自由貿易港區。市長賴清德表示，除了升格為自由貿易港區之外，也確定加入經濟示範區，並且將和台北港並列，優先規劃為快速貨運港。
