疑不坐車又碎念　運將呼乘客巴掌被訴

【呂志明／台北報導】51歲金姓計乘車運將，今年6月21日中午在台北市和平東路上等候乘客時，發現同在現場等候計程車的毛姓男子沒坐他的車，還一直碎碎唸，好像在罵他，認為賺不到錢又受辱，竟氣得下車抓毛男右手臂，朝其左臉連呼巴掌。

毛男被打得莫名其妙，還造成左臉、右上臂紅腫等傷害，怒向警方報案。台北地檢署今依傷害罪運將起訴。
