〔記者曾少甫／台北報導〕北市推動老舊公寓更新一坪換一坪專案，首件經都更審議通過之南港區個案，遭市議員陳玉梅質疑，已經將近10個月卻無法核定，並且根本達不到一坪換一坪的條件，更新處表示，該案因環境影響評估補件，近期核備後即可辦理核定。目前受理的老舊公寓都更案，4、5層樓公寓多已達更新前後一坪換一坪的目標。
