〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕美國《外交政策》雜誌7月30日文章稱，自安倍晉三於去年9月重新執政以來，其並未向鄰國呈現充分的誠意以確保日本正走在和平發展的道路之上。上任之初，安倍便要求重新評估日本國防大綱。7月26日，日國防部長公布了這一評估的中期結果，敦促實現有意義的軍事升級。其中包括創設兩棲防衛部隊，並暗示了將對它國軍事目標採取先發制人的攻擊行為。
