〔社會中心／綜合報導〕軍事審判法修法15日生效，被囚禁在軍事監獄的307名受刑人，將分成2階段移監，其中適用第一階段的共有254人，扣除借提和保外就醫等狀況，共有243人將於今(15)日完成移監，上午6時20分起，將押解至全台法務部矯正署11所一般監獄。首波移監名單，共有5名將領受刑人也在其中。
