洪案移審桃院 勤股法官偵辦

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園15日電）陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，隨軍審法修正今天生效，移審桃園地方法院上午10時抽籤分案，由勤股法官丁俞尹等3名法官組合議庭。

桃園地院在抽出丁俞尹為受命法官，隨即由審判長節股法官鄭吉雄、陪席法官為維股法官許菁樺等3人組合議庭審查洪仲丘案，被告包括陸軍前542旅旅長沈威志等12人。

軍事審判法修正條文今天生效，承平時期軍人犯罪回歸一般司法機關處理，軍事院檢上午已移交大量卷證到桃園地方法院和地檢署，備受關注的洪仲丘案也在上午10時抽籤分案。1020815
